I’ve always believed the smallest details are what make a place unforgettable. The way something feels matters just as much as how it looks.
I’m Luz, a first-generation Latina creative based in the DC area. My perspective has been shaped by growing up on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, living in a city like DC, and traveling to different places around the world.
Each place carries its own feeling—the quiet of small coastal towns, the energy of cities, and the small details that make somewhere unforgettable. I’ve always been drawn to those contrasts and the moments that linger long after you leave.
From coffee shops that feel like home, to handwritten notes, to conversations that stay with you—there’s something powerful about the way environments shape emotion. I’ve always been interested in how feeling is created, not just how things appear.
That curiosity has taken me across different countries and communities, where I’ve seen how deeply culture, space, and storytelling shape the way we experience the world. And it’s made me believe something simple: the way something feels matters just as much as how it looks.
What began as a curiosity for the people, places, and stories that shape us—and a desire to preserve their feeling—evolved into a vision rooted in storytelling, culture, and intention.
Casa Clara was born from that intersection—where lived experience meets digital expression.
Today, I use design and creative direction to help brands translate who they are into intentional digital spaces that feel honest, memorable, and deeply connected to their story. In a world where first impressions often happen online, your website isn’t just a presence—it’s an experience.
